SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND TECHNIQUE
Slow and controlled execution
Start position: seated on the front of the bench, feet resting on the mats, chest straight, feet under cuffs.
Execution: tilt the bust backwards keeping it straight, the abdominals hold the movement and return to their initial position.
LEVELS OF DIFFICULTY
Use a disk or weights to intensify the weight when leaning backwards.
